Terms and Conditions

Check in and out

You can check in with us from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, it is no problem to leave the suitcases with us safely. You can of course also enjoy the swimming pool or visit a beach. If you arrive later due to a delay, this is no problem. We are available 24/7.

Check-out is possible until 11:00 am. Need a late checkout? Ask if that is possible! For an apartment this costs € 30.00 extra. Then it is possible to check out until 6 pm.

Minimum length of stay

The minimum stay is three nights. Would you like to stay with us for a shorter period of time? Please contact us via whatsapp, email or telephone. We like to think along with you.

To reserve

You can make a reservation through our website or through an external booking system. You will receive a confirmation by email immediately after making your reservation. Your booking is then final.

When you make a request via email, your reservation is a request, it becomes final when you receive a confirmation from us.

Terms of payment

We require a 30% deposit within 7 days of making your booking. The remaining amount must be paid 14 days before arrival.

Deposit

We ask for a deposit of €250.00 per stay. This amount can be paid in advance by bank transfer or in cash upon arrival. The costs for water and electricity are calculated according to consumption and deducted from the deposit upon departure. water: €5.00/m3, electricity: €0.40 per KwH.

When you have paid the deposit in cash upon arrival, you will receive the deposit, minus the costs for your consumption and costs for any damage, back in cash. When paying by bank, you will also receive it back from us by bank.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days before arrival, you will receive a 100% refund of your deposit.

If due to unforeseen circumstances you have to cancel your reservation within 30 days before arrival, we cannot refund your deposit. We recommend that you take out suitable cancellation and travel insurance for your trip.

COVID

You are entitled to a 100% refund when an entry and exit ban is valid for Curaçao and the Netherlands due to Covid. For all other adjustments for your trip due to Covid, I recommend that you take appropriate travel and cancellation insurance.

If you are unable to travel yourself due to COVID, we offer to rebook your holiday to another period free of charge. (in consultation regarding availability)
