Terms and Conditions

Check-in and check-out

You can check in with us from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, it is no problem to leave the suitcases safely with us. You can of course also enjoy the pool or visit a beach. If you arrive later due to a delay, this is no problem. We are available 24/7.

Check-out is possible until 11:00. Need a late checkout? Ask if that is possible! For an apartment it costs €45.00 extra. Then it is possible to check out until 6 p.m.

Minimum length of stay

The minimum length of stay is three nights. Would you like to stay with us for a shorter period? Please contact us via WhatsApp, email or telephone. We like to think along with you.

To book

You can make a reservation via our website or via an external booking system. You will receive a confirmation by email immediately after making your reservation. Your booking is then final.

When you make a request via email, your reservation is a request and will become final when you receive confirmation from us.

Terms of payment

We require a 30% deposit within 7 days of making your booking. The remaining amount must be paid 14 days before arrival.

Water and electricity

The costs for water and electricity are included in the nightly price. This price includes the use of air conditioning for the night. If you also use the air conditioning during the day, a surcharge will apply. The surcharge is determined by reading the consumption from your meter. We will deduct the amount already paid from this.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days before arrival, you will receive 100% of your deposit back.

If due to unforeseen circumstances you have to cancel your reservation within 30 days before arrival, we cannot refund your deposit. We recommend that you take out appropriate cancellation and travel insurance for your trip.

House rules

Our house rules for the apartments are intended to make your stay as comfortable as possible for you and the rest of the guests.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is permitted in designated areas in the garden. Smoking inside your apartment is not allowed.

Between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. there is silence in the garden and around the apartments.

The swimming pool is open from 08:00 - 21:00.
