General terms and conditions

Check-in and check-out

You can check in with us from 15:00 to 22:00. If you arrive earlier, it is no problem to leave your suitcases safely with us. You can of course also enjoy the swimming pool or visit a beach. If you arrive later due to a delay, this is no problem. We are available 24/7.

Check-out is possible until 11:00. Need a late check-out? Ask if that is possible! For an apartment that costs € 45.00 extra. Then it is possible to check out until 18:00.

Minimum stay

The minimum stay is three nights. Would you like to stay with us for a shorter period? Please contact us via WhatsApp, email or telephone. We are happy to think along with you.

To book

You can make a reservation via our website or via an external booking system. You will receive a confirmation by email immediately after making your reservation. Your booking is then final.

When you make a request via email, your reservation is a request and becomes final when you receive confirmation from us.

Payment terms

We ask for a 30% deposit within 7 days of making your booking. The remaining amount must be paid 14 days before arrival.

Water and electricity

The costs for water and electricity are included in the night price. This price includes the use of air conditioning for the night. If you also use the air conditioning during the day, a surcharge will be charged. The surcharge is determined by reading the consumption from your meter.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days before arrival, you will receive 100% of your deposit back.

Should you have to cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances within 30 days of arrival, we will not be able to refund your deposit. We recommend that you take out suitable cancellation and travel insurance for your trip.

House rules

Our house rules for the apartments are there to make your stay as comfortable as possible for you and the rest of the guests.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is allowed in designated areas in the garden. Smoking inside your apartment is not allowed.

There is silence in the garden and around the apartments between 10pm and 8am.

The swimming pool is open from 08:00 - 21:00.
